MAX Knowledge Base gives your technicians the ability to easily create, update and view Knowledge Base articles. It provides great flexibility in how text is structured and styled, and articles can include images and hyperlinks to files or external web pages.
While working with Incidents, MAX automatically shows technicians only those articles relevant to the issue at hand, with easy access to more complex article searches.
[Compared to other help desk packages I’ve used] this is better. Absolutely. This is more user-friendly. It’s better because everything is very quick. It’s right in front of you. You don’t have to go to another page. It’s helpful when you’re on the phone and getting snap questions, and you’re getting snap answers right back.
