MAX Asset Management
MAX’s Asset Management module tracks Asset inventory information and integrates it with the User database, so technicians have ready Asset information while creating or editing Incidents.
MAX works in conjuction with JAMF Software’s Casper Suite. The Suite automatically gathers hardware and software information from Windows, Max OS X and Mac OS 9 clients, via a LAN, and stores it on a JAMF Software Server. The data is then used to auto-populate the asset records for all Users in MAX. Working with the Casper Suite, all fields are automatically updated on a regular basis.
What I like about MAX is that it has all that and then some.
