Volchok Consulting was founded by Michael Volchok in 1993 as a provider of on-site Mac support for small businesses in the NYC area. Our 17 year commitment to providing reliable, professional IT services has allowed us to expand our service offerings to include all aspects of Mac and Windows IT service management for clients worldwide. In addition to IT services Volchok Consulting specializes in software development, and phone systems sales and support. Our retail store, Mike’s Tech Shop, an Apple Specialist, provides Apple authorized sales and service.
